30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: 

At Beuta, we stand by the quality of our products. We offer a "no questions asked" 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Here's how it works:  

Within 30 Days of Delivery:  

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days, completely free of charge.  

After 30 Days:  

Between 31 and 90 days, returns are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

After 90 days, we do not accept returns.

For defect-related issues, please refer to our 5-year warranty policy.

Refund Process:  

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund.  

The refund amount will be credited back to your account, excluding the 20% restocking fee.  

Important Notes:  

Returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories, to be eligible for a refund.  

Steel Edging may only be returned if it is in sellable condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been bent or formed into a curve.  

Exchange Policy:  

If you need to exchange any items, contact us via email or phone, and we will take care of it for you. Beuta will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
